Born and raised in the Czech Republic, he always prioritizes European quality standards, placing meticulousness and sophistication in every product.
In 2019, he was determined to develop Nhat Khoa Uniform into the leading uniform brand in Vietnam. He not only focused on fabric quality, sewing techniques, and product durability, but also emphasized innovation, human resource development, and building a sustainable corporate culture.
Under his leadership, Nhat Khoa has overcome many difficulties and challenges, creating uniform products that are not only beautiful and durable but also fully reflect the brand values of each business.

With over 20 years of experience in the garment industry, Ms. Tuyet plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating the uniform production process at Nhat Khoa. Thanks to her scientific work organization and tight management, Ms. Tuyet ensures that production progress is always on schedule, minimizing delays. Ms. Ngoan – Specialist in ironing and finishing products.
Ms. Ngoan is the head of the sewing department at Nhat Khoa, responsible for supervising the entire uniform tailoring process. With her solid experience and expertise, she ensures that each product is sewn correctly, achieving a perfect fit and high durability.
Ms. Ngoan constantly researches, learns, and applies advanced sewing techniques, ensuring that Nhat Khoa’s uniforms not only meet quality requirements but also keep up with fashion trends. Ms. Chau – the sewing department manager – helps ensure the uniforms are made to a perfect and beautiful shape.
With over 22 years of experience in the garment industry, Ms. Chau is responsible for the ironing and finishing of uniforms before packaging. This is a crucial step to ensure the product is neat, flat, and beautiful when it reaches the customer.
Ms. Chau focuses on ironing out every seam, wrinkle-free, neatly folding the uniforms, and carefully packaging them. Thanks to her skilled hands, each uniform is not only durable but also looks professional right out of the box.
Mr. Phong – Controls printing technology to ensure vibrant colors over time.
Mr. Phong is in charge of the printing department at Nhat Khoa. With investments in modern printing technologies such as screen printing, heat transfer printing, and digital printing, Mr. Phong ensures that each design is printed accurately, sharply, and with long-lasting color on the uniforms.
Mr. Phong not only has expertise in various printing techniques but also the ability to advise customers on choosing the most suitable printing method for each type of fabric and design requirement. As a Quality Control (QC) manager, Ms. Oanh personally inspects each product before it leaves the factory. With years of experience in the garment industry, she applies a rigorous inspection process, ensuring that the uniforms are free from technical defects, from materials and stitching to fit and color.
