Design and Consultation
Clients can send product samples, design drafts, drawings, images, or ideas for the product they envision. Nhat Khoa’s professional design team will receive the request and offer optimal solutions that best match the client’s needs and desires.
Sample Approval
At Nhat Khoa, the sample approval process is divided into two main methods: design approval or live sample approval. Upon receiving a request, we will send either the design or live sample for the client’s review and discussion with their team. This process ensures that the design fully meets the client’s requirements. Once feedback is received, we make adjustments until the design meets all client expectations, ensuring it is the final approved version.
Production
Once the contract is signed and the product sample is approved, we proceed with mass production. The production time ranges from 5 to 30 days, depending on the scale and complexity of the order. Nhat Khoa is committed to delivering on time and ensuring the highest quality for every product.
Quotation & Contract Signing
After the product sample is approved, our team will provide a detailed and transparent quotation. We will also discuss remaining details such as shipping methods and delivery timeframes.
Packaging & Delivery
Once the product is completed, it will undergo thorough inspection in our Quality Control (QC) department. We ensure that every product meets quality standards before carefully packaging it and shipping it to the customer’s address. The shipping process is tightly controlled to guarantee that the product arrives on time and in perfect condition.
